Instructed by the Sassin’s Vision “Better Electric, Better Life”, we are carrying out the Total Quality Management Plan, and making it throughout the whole processes including design, purchase, manufacturing, delivery etc. The ultimate goal is market-oriented, customers’ requirement-centric, and promote staffs and suppliers to focus on the quality and related activities, make electric safe, simple and smart.

APQP is the base to avoid the potential defects and make continuous improvements, it includes all procedures from design to delivery.

The quality of raw materials and assembly parts from suppliers is very important for the consistent quality of SASSIN products, so Sassin treat suppliers as strategic partners and establish a long-term strategic partnership with them. Sassin supported by various tools and methods to help suppliers understand and achieve Sassin’s requirements for raw materials, assembly parts and technics.

4. Regular Test Plan

Được hỗ trợ bởi phòng thí nghiệm được CNAS chứng nhận, Sassin lập kế hoạch kiểm nghiệm thường xuyên cho các sản phẩm khác nhau. Phòng thí nghiệm kiểm tra chúng theo kế hoạch và tiêu chuẩn quốc tế hiện hành, đồng thời phản hồi kết quả để cải thiện.

5. FMEA

FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) is one of the systematic techniques for failure analysis, to study problems that might arise from malfunctions. It involves reviewing as many components, assemblies, and subsystems as possible to identify failure modes, and their causes and effects.

6. Eight Disciplines Problem Solving

8D (Eight Disciplines Problem Solving) is a method used to approach and to resolve problems, its purpose is to identify, correct and eliminate recurring problems. It establishes a permanent corrective action based on statistical analysis of the problem and on the origin of the problem by determining the root causes.
