Be led by senior engineer, the R&D environment is full with vigor and inspirit of innovation. It is a wise, rigorous, harmonious and modern team, which owns 38 engineers including 5 senior engineers and 28 intermediate engineers.
As the base of planning, designing and developing middle to high end products, the R&D team is the source for enterprise development motivation by the continuous technology innovation. Every year Sassin invests about 20 million RMB on researching and developing new products, after so many years’ accumulation and investments, Sassin has established the perfect R&D system, and set up different R&D squads for power distribution electrics, terminal distribution electrics and industry control electrics etc. they strictly control the whole develop quality including out appearance and technical performance, to ensure the new products perfectly satisfy the highest standards.
Sassin adopts project management system to manage the new product development, control every process node during the whole development cycle, to ensure the efficient and orderly appraisal.
All the new product developments are managed by PDM/PLM system.
Sassin emphasizes the protection of proprietary technologies. Since 2003 Sassin have released the Intellectual Property Management Regulation and related Award Regulation, to protect and award the core and new technologies, thereby a lot of patent technology with high-tech content were developed and the number of patent application increased. Now Sassin owns 52 authorization of patents, including 4 invention patents, 24 utility mode patents and 24 appearance design patents. Besides, Sassin owns 5 software copyrights also. In 2010 Sassin was awarded as the Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise.
